You can search UK motorcycles for sale on the move using the Ride Trader UK iPhone App!
You can quickly search for bikes in your area via a simple to use interface and
even view the latest motorcycle news and bike events. To get the Ride Trader
iPhone App, simply search for the term 'ride trader' within the Apple App Store.
For latest updates or news on the iPhone App, check the

Ride Trader iPhone App FAQ.
Do I need to pay to have my ridetrader.co.uk advertisement included within
the iPhone application?
No. All free motorcycle advertisements placed on the Ride Trader website are
automatically published via the iPhone application.
The search results do not tell me how far the advertised motorcycle is from
my location?
It may be that you have not supplied your postcode within the 'Application User
Settings' part of the application. To do this, select the 'More' button and open
the user settings screen. This should have a textbox where you can supply your
UK postcode. Once you have entered your postcode, it will be remembered for next
time you search. If you have entered your postcode and the distances still do
not appear within the search results, it may be that we do not hold location
data for your particular postcode.
Can I post or edit advertisements from within the iPhone application?
Not at this time. Whilst this is planned for a future update of the application,
currently advertisements can only be placed via the Ride Trader UK website
http://www.ride trader.co.uk. Any ads placed on our website will appear within
the iPhone application. Likewise, any edits you make to your ad will be updated
in realtime on the app.
I sent a seller an email enquiry using the 'contact seller' button within the
app. It took a long time to arrive or was never received
To prevent spammers using our contact forms, emails are not sent directly to a
seller, they are queued on our servers and electronically and sometimes manually
checked to ensure that no spam or offensive content is beng sent to sellers
advertising their bikes on Ride Trader.
Can I use the Ride Trader iPhone application without an Internet connection?
No. The application requires an Internet connection to query our database for
the latest advertisement data.
The application sometimes seems slow to respond when searching or viewing
advertisements.
So we can show you the most up to date advertisements, events and news, the Ride
Trader iPhone application performs real-time queries against our web database.
This means the application will perform best using a fast wi-fi or 3G
connection. A slower connection may mean that you have to wait a while for the
data.
I have a news article or event I'd like to appear within the application, do
you accept submissions?
Absolutely. If you have any news or info you feel would be of interest to UK
bikers then contact us either via the contact link within the 'more' section of
the iPhone application or via the ridetrader.co.uk website.
